The candidate will be responsible for the firm’s paid advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating modern and innovative advertisements for target audience. This position will work as part of the marketing department and report to the Marketing Director. (Must be proficient in ads manager and landing page creation.) Wordpress Management. SEO Management. Photoshop Editing. Business Brand and Attorney Brand updating. Online Review Management. Bilingual (preferred but not required), Create paid advertisements through different channels or applications. Keep track of all engagements, cost per raw leads and cost per signed leads. Create landing pages depending on campaign. Come up with writing content for landing pages. Update landing pages and ads based on the news and trends every 24 hours. Update companies websites when applicable/ Track all SEO metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage workload while taking initiative to anticipate future tasks. Highly organized with advanced multi-tasking and follow-up skills are required. Ability to deal with all marketing trends and news situations are required. Good command of the English language, both written and spoken are required. Professional and effective written and oral communication skills are required. Excellent listening skills are required. Ability to prioritize projects effectively in order to satisfy the needs of the marketing department are required. Ability to handle multiple assigned tasks within allotted time-frames are required. Excellent judgment and decision-making skills are required. Customer service oriented are required. Exceptional personnel, training, and coaching skills are required. High School Diploma or equivalent are required.
