Hello, we require a UX UI designer to join our team to help us build a Mobile App for our Marketplace for services. We want to use a Freelancer/Contractor who is interested in a long term relationship with us. Project Requirements:
Research the market to get a clear understanding of what our product is, how it functions, who it serves, what it provides, where it will be deployed. Also analyse existing products that we have identified and wish to emulate in some respects, to understand how these are successful and apply the same principles, concepts and functions in the design of our product.
Plan, discuss, review, draft, iterate (unlimited) and deliver a comprehensive product architectural plan / wireframe, from which we can work from as a blueprint.
Plan, draft, iterate (unlimited) and design the UX functionality, flow and story, using the latest trends, techniques, functionalities and customer expectations. This will include new, and also existing concepts and functions derived from the existing product collection that we have identified whom we wish to emulate.

Project must be completed and delivered in phases, we have 12 Phases, and payment will be divided into 3 milestones, as described on slide 2. Payment 1 =$60. Payment 2 =$60. Payment 3 =$80. A bonus payment for quality and commitment.
Project must be carried out in Adobe XD, and full access to the design must be proven and provided, so we may iterate at a future time, all assets, materials, images, vectors must be provided also.
Project and materials must be completed and delivered in the required format by 20 June 2020.
Designer must provide verified evidence of relevant project experience, and sign a non disclosure agreement.
