Position Summary
Chapman Financial Services is a full-service, third-party debt collection agency and we are committed to working with individuals to resolve their past due debts.
We are looking for individuals who possess the following traits/skills:

Chapman Financial Services offers paid training to ensure that our employees have the knowledge required to ethically and professionally collect on past due debts.
Training consists of understanding the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (the law that governs debt collectors), our company policies and procedures, call flow, and the ability to use our software to work your accounts or complete your assigned tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidates will be required to make and receive calls to individuals to collect on past due debts
Make suggestions to individuals to find a way to resolve their past due debts
Set up appropriate payment arrangements
Accurately document your account records
This is a Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm position.
