The candidate will join the firm’s expanding Employment Law Practice. Should have Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Must have 3+ years of experience with general or commercial litigation defense or insurance defense. Excellent analytical, writing, and editing skills are required. Must be licensed to practice in CA but can have the majority of their experience from another state.
