The candidate will join insurance defense law firm. Provide Paralegal support to the commercial litigation practice as well as serve as the Firm’s Receptionist. Must have experience in preparing exhibits for depositions; e-filing motions; redacting and Bates stamping documents. Processing invoices. Maintaining databases. Assisting with special projects, events and other office tasks as assigned. Answering multiple phone lines and directing calls. Opening, scanning and distributing mail and faxes. Must have Bachelor’s degree. Paralegal certificate required. Should have 1-2 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm environment. Outstanding MS Office skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel) and data entry essential. Must have excellent organizational skills, communication and follow up skills.
