The candidate must be partner-level tax attorney with strong academic credentials and significant experience (1) working on complex tax structures (particularly in a subchapter K/partnership setting) and (2) drafting tax-related transactional documents – including complex joint venture agreements. Experience with 1031 exchanges, REITs, and Section 42 tax credits is a plus.
