Information about JPMorgan Chase & Co. is available at ****a Financial Market Infrastructure Risk (FMIR) manager in Network Management, the candidate will be responsible for the assessment and monitoring of qualitative membership risks arising from Firm’s direct memberships of Financial Market Infrastructures (FMIs): Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) and Payment Systems. Responsibilities: Manage a complex and diverse global, cross-regional portfolio of Payment Systems and CSDsDefine and develop the risk assessment criteria, templates and methodology for conducting FMI membership risk assessmentsDefine and implement on-going monitoring and governance requirements for FMI membership risksPerform annual membership risk assessments of direct FMI memberships, identifying and reporting key risks and exposures to J.P. Morgan Line of Business (LOB) owners and stakeholders, and other key cross-functional partnersRepresent FMIR in Applicability Assessments (AAs) and new business initiatives (NBIA), to evaluate and identify risks associated with new / prospective FMI membershipsParticipate in and contribute to Network Management, Risk and LOB governance committees and forums related to FMIs; Payment System and CSD Governance Forums, FMI Risk Reviews, Network Steering Committee, etc.Own and maintain FMIR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Provide global, cross-function / LOB risk and governance advice and guidance on FMI and Payment, Clearing and Settlement (PCS) related activities and initiativesPresent key membership risk updates to senior managementWork with Network Management, LOB and other cross-functional partners to ensure J.P. Morgan's compliance with FMI-related regulatory guidance and obligations, such as OCC Banking Circulars and Interpretive LettersPrepare and deliver FMI Risk trainingWork closely with LOB Product Management, Risk, and other key functional partners to identify and mitigate risks arising from FMI memberships Work on special projects and initiatives as required (e.g. regulatory requests / examinations, Resolution & Recovery planning, etc.) ','!*!Qualifications:Financial services background, with at least 5 years relevant experience in the industryFamiliarity with J.P.
