The candidate will do management through the personal injury process, maximize satisfaction and promote cost effectiveness. The successful candidate will be accountable for the full client care cycle. Case manager duties include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating actions required to meet the client’s health and human services needed. In addition to understand the legal process and assist and manage. Will establish caring relationships with clients and a collaborative team environment with our attorneys and support staff. Able to challenge yourself and find solutions quickly, efficiently and independently - as problems arise. Client contact, requesting medical records, scheduling medical appointments, managing client's medical care, opening/closing files, calendaring events, resolving PD and loss of use, reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medi-Care for lien resolution, preparing files to submit to demand writers, and quality client care. Must have prior personal injury case management experience and be able to handle a case file from intake to settlement or litigation to be considered for this position. Must understand the Injury Claims process and have a basic knowledge of Medical Terminology and the importance of it. Good follow-up skills are required. Strong communication skills are required. Excellent customer service skills are required. 1 year of prior experience in personal injury case management is required. Requires excellent problem solving skills, critical thinking skills, excellent communication and writing skills are required.
