In conjunction with the Administrator, acts as the clinical authority of the program and establishes clinical systems and standards of care. u003cbr /u003e. Provides safe, effective and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures and standards of care. u003cbr /u003e. Plans, organizes, directs and controls clinical services and responsible for administrative functioning of clinical services departments. u003cbr /u003e. Continually communicates with community partners and customers to ensure the continuity of care for persons served. u003cbr /u003e. Ensures program functions smoothly within the larger behavioral health system by building and maintaining relationships with community partners. u003cbr /u003e. Oversees documentation by clinical staff and performs audits of Clinical Charts to ensure adherence to State and County Requirements. u003cbr /u003e. Establishes and maintains a recovery culture and philosophy within the program. . Promotes and maintains good relationships and communication between departments. u003cbr /u003e. Aids in creating policies and procedures that address clinical quality and risk. . Completes incident investigations and summaries for regulatory agencies, as necessary. u003cbr /u003e. Responsible for regular supervision and evaluations of assigned staff. u003cbr /u003e. Ensures high quality services are being provided to all persons served. u003cbr /u003e. Assures facility/program honors the rights of persons served. u003cbr /u003e. Collaborates with other staff in implementation of corporate initiatives, and other services, as needed. u003cbr /u003e. Available to assist at other Telecare facilities (consult) as needed. u003cbr /u003e. Ensures treatment adheres to established policies, procedures and standards of care. u003cbr /u003e. Masters or higher degree in Social Services u003cbr /u003e. Two (2) years post-graduate direct clinical experience in a mental health setting u003cbr /u003e. One (1) year in leadership role in relevant setting (inpatient or outpatient setting, as appropriate) u003cbr /u003e. Current licensure/registration as MFT/MFTi, MSW, RN, Ph.D./Psy.D. u003cbr /u003e. Must have experience working with mental health consumers, families and advisory boards u003cbr /u003e. Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues u003cbr /u003e. If employed at Inpatient Program: u003cbr /u003eo Ability to assist with restraint of clients in the event of assaultive behavior u003cbr /u003eo Ability to pass assault crisis/crisis prevention training u003cbr /u003e. If employed at Outpatient Program: u003cbr /u003eo Ability to evade clients in the event of assaultive behavior u003cbr /u003eo Ability to pass assault crisis/crisis prevention training u003cbr /u003e. If position requires CPR, ProAct or CPI and First Aid, must receive training within 30 days of employment and remain current on those trainings throughout employment u003cbr /u003e.
