As an experienced caregiver, you have previous training and one year of experience providing care for someone in a home care setting. Caregiving may include bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, vital signs, medication reminders, charting, transferring, light housekeeping, and errands.

After completing your initial training, our mentors and support team will check on your progress and readiness for more advanced training and skills development. Caregivers with more advanced skill qualifications go on to higher paying assignments.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Qualifications:
We will explain what you need during your interview, but we do require you have a few things to ensure our clients get the best caregivers:
One Year Supervised Caregiving Experience
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
Current CPR Training Certification
Must have own vehicle, a valid driver's license, and certified traffic abstract
On-Call Flexibility in Schedule and Assigned Locations
A 2-Step TB Clearance
