Web users will be able to rotate, zoom in and pan my Dealey Plaza model. Then, they will take measurements: distances and angles.
If that model is too heavy for my server to handle we can do this:
(1) You have to simplify the model, make it more responsive.
(2) I will rent a web server with more horsepower.
The payment can be split in more than one milestone, if you wish.
I need to see preliminary production in your website. Please let me know every time to make progress, so I can evaluate, make recommendations.
Next, I will need your help to host your wonderful creation in my site. I am a Linux sysadmin, know the basics about setting up websites.
You have to provide all source code and documentation, I should be able to make minor adjustments. Do not worry, I am not planning to take over your job. I am too busy bringing the Mystery of the Centuries (aka The Subject That Never Dies) to a definite resolution.
