I need a website designed to meet the attached style guide (note this guide is not exactly right. Changes must be discussed and made). I will need the logo to be finalized, including icons for LinkedIn. I will also need business cards created. I have drafted a website with the content here:

I want to use the content from this site but I will need the design and style done. I will need to have some control over updating and editing the site. Also, I will need the designer to source the imagery (full design) of the site. I will need a release of copyright for any images used.
All digital files, etc. will have to be provided to me with full release and assignment of legal rights to me.
