The Implementation Administrator is responsibility for managing the implantation and administration of E-Billing systems. This will involve working closely with various stakeholders, including IT staff and finance teams and billing departments.
Responsibilities:
Understanding and analyzing current billing systems and processes within the company in order to determine the appropriate eBilling solution to fit the company’s needs.
Developing and maintaining project timelines, budgets, and status reports throughout the implementation process.
Troubleshooting technical issues that arise during the implementation process or after the system goes live.
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in eBilling technology and making recommendations to improve the company’s eBilling strategy.
Regularly communicating project updates and progress to stakeholders and company leadership.
Qualifications:
Current / prior legal environment billing experience is required.
Elite, 3E, Aderant or similar legal billing software experience is required.
Bachelor's Degree required.
