Immigration Attorney
The candidate will handle a variety of immigration cases, including deportation defense and detention work, and family-based and humanitarian-based immigration benefits. In addition to providing legal services to clients before the Immigration Court and USCIS, the attorney will be responsible for hosting regular community Know Your Rights presentations and other outreach and education events. Must be a member of the Florida Bar. Should preferably have 1-3 years of experience in immigration law. Must have excellent oral and written advocacy skills, and a willingness to be an aggressive advocate for the indigent client population. Bilingual applicants preferred. Spanish and Haitian Creole is preferred.
