Seeking a Land Use/Natural Resources Lateral Associate with 2-4 years’ experience. Candidates should have strong experience handling diverse matters associated with federal and state environmental laws, such as the National Environmental Protection Act, the State Environmental Protection Act, the Endangered Species Act, and the Clean Water Act. Should also have experience in permitting and regulatory compliance/enforcement; and in all aspects of complex land use matters, including representation before local land use boards, tribunals, and other administrative agencies. Superior analytical, drafting, client communication skills, sense of humor, and Washington State Bar are required.
