National Instrumentation & Controls Engineering & Construction firm seeks experienced Project Coordinator (ideally with a construction background) to assist in material purchase and project scheduling, among other documentation management duties.
Qualifications and duties:
Associates degree or equivalent experience
Aid flow of materials
Material tracking, shipping and receiving
Manage records for proposals and projects
Purchase orders
Purchase materials, equipment; Expedite to job sites
Submittals, estimates for purchases
Quotations, negotiating contracts
Maintain inventory
Knowledge of resource scheduling, change orders, project management principles
Examine quality of materials
Organize inventory; facilitate returns
Superior computer skills, able to set up and manage directories
Microsoft office
Fantastic client interaction skills & work ethic
