iRise Security Consulting (****has immediate needs in San Francisco and Los Angeles for experienced Sr. Consultants and Architects
focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Work location is mobile and considerable travel may be required
and is determined by the location of client engagements.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sr. Security Consultant, you will be expected to be a hands on technical subject matter expert working with a team of IAM specialists onsite at customer locations. iRise Security Consulting works with leading IAM solutions including Tivoli, Oracle, CA, Symplified, Okta and Ping.
TECHNICAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
You must have the ability to interpret requirements and assist in producing solution designs in the areas of administration process and user provisioning, identification and authentication, authorization, identity centralization/directory services, federation, single sign-on, and compliance reporting.
You must be able to install, configure and customize the leading IAM solutions and their related components (application servers and databases). You must be able to successfully troubleshoot integrations, configure policies, workflows, and access controls, and navigate effortlessly around many operating system environments including VM. You must understand high availability concepts, NLBs, clustering, and firewalls.
The position requires creativity and independence as well as excellent verbal, written, and technical skills. The person in this role will work closely with iRise Security Consulting Senior Architects and must have excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
EXPERIENCE
We are looking for candidates with Subject Matter Expertise and at least five (5) years hands of implementation or development experience in one or more of the following areas:
IBM Tivoli Identity Manager (TIM)
IBM Tivoli Access Manager (TAM)
IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator (TDI)
IBM Tivoli Federated Identity Manager (TFIM)
IBM Tivoli Assess Manager Enterprise Single Sign On (TAM ESSO)
Oracle Identity Manager (OIM)
Oracle Access Manager (OAM)
Oracle Identity Analytics (OIA)
Oracle ESSO
Experience in Java development is required. CISSP, ITIL, and IBM Tivoli certifications are desirable.
Demonstrable industry vertical knowledge in healthcare, energy and utilities, finance, and retail and distribution are desirable.

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or other technical degree
