Job Responsibilities:
Consumer collection calls
Commercial collection calls
Data entry into accounting database
Help assist with analyzing invoices
Post payments
Additional duties as assigned by manager
Requirements:
2 years of experience in a collections role
Great data entry skills
Strong communication skills
Must be able to multi task and be organized
Must have great attention to detail
