POSITION SUMMARY:
Working across the global PVH organization and its iconic brand portfolio that includes Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER, the Manager, PVH Communications Platforms, is a member of the Global Communications Team. This position will manage and oversee all communications platforms to engage and connect global associates. This role combines disciplines of communications and technology.
The Manager, Communications & Digital Platforms will play an integral role in raising awareness, driving adoption, and increasing engagement across PVH internal and external communications platforms.
The position will work in partnership with IT to ensure best practices around platform capabilities and enhancements are communicated and leveraged effectively by all communications teams.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Platform Management:
Manage all PVH Communications platforms and CMS/media storage, including PVH.com, PVH Insider, Thread, Poppulo, Digital Asset Management system
Develop and execute digital content strategy in partnership with PVH Social Media and Editorial teams to drive traffic to global communications platforms and new PVH.com.
Manage posting of all PVH.com content, applying SEO, metadata and website copywriting principles.
Establish governance strategy for new PVH.com and manage workflows to ensure timely approvals.
Work in partnership with IT to troubleshoot platform issues, and manage updates to key platforms.
Communicate enhancements and changes to communications platforms to content creators
Provide support, training and coaching to other teams on new ways to leverage platforms to communicate their strategic messages and/or drive engagement within their areas.
Promote platform adoption through virtual or in-person events
Leverage metrics to measure and advise content strategies
Collaborate and work cross-functionally with the Internal Communications & Editorial teams to support the execution of global initiatives and associate engagement campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience: 4-6 years of communications, project management and related experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing or related field
Skills:
- Writing
- Content Management Systems for Intranets and Websites
- Project Management
- Strong comfort level working with technology
- Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
