As a Security Compliance Coordinator, you will oversee the data analysis and reporting of seizure form data entry and the team’s targeting performance. Additional you will present and/or provide expertise and knowledge of the Prohibited Goods Prevention Program to colleagues, leadership, and customers as needed. In addition to supporting the PGP program the coordinator will produce reports for the following areas: US Security Inventory, US Disposals, and SCMS/STAs. As well as also support on any data related project for the US Security Group, as needed. Tasks & Accountabilities Actively identifies and targets shipments in the DHL network that meet Prohibited Goods targeting criteria. Acts as a liaison between the Security Support Center and Prohibited Goods Prevention (PGP) team to ensure effective communication.Complete of PGP investigations.Creates and implements methods to improve data quality/management for the group.Audits stations’ performance as it pertains to the US Disposal Program and the receipt of US Seizure forms.Ensures overall compliance in all security programs. Responsible for measuring the success of PGP targeting.Log and track violations, push for compliance, and will communicate with security teams and DG teams as needed.Conduct trainings, hold conference calls, sending emails and reporting will be required methods of compliance execution. Skills & Qualifications Seasoned professional.
