Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Duties: Perform analysis and elicit and document business functional requirements, system and process design as well as create system design specifications for the development or enhancement or customization of various business critical applications utilizing DevOps and CI/CD to support architecture changes and upgrades as part of delivery. Implement new applications and tools to support and aid delivery. Design deployment pipelines. Integrate early testing in the development lifecycle. Incorporate security and nonfunctional requirements as part of the use cases being delivered. Responsible for partnering with Business Units across the organization to define Business Level Roadmaps. Perform mapping and evaluate the existing process landscape and underpinning systems to identify process impacts and improvements. Apply business values, strategy, dependencies to determine opportunity priorities. Document detailed functional specifications and process design documents utilizing industry standard and proprietary tools and techniques. Articulate the use of basic level business models and operating models and participate in their development and design. Conduct deep dive sessions, process reviews, brainstorming sessions and elicit business, functional and system requirements. Coordinate and collaborate the integration activities for the proposed change including changes to the architecture, data model and overall business process. Will work in Chantilly, VA and/or various client sites throughout the U.S. Must be willing to travel and/or relocate.
Salary: $101,500/year
