may include Elmendorf AFB, AK; Eielson Air Force Base (AFB), AK; Fairchild AFB, WA; McConnell AFB, KS; Vance AFB, OK; Tinker AFB, OK; and Altus AFB, OK .
Global Technical Services (GTS) is seeking resumes for a Contract Maintenance Manager Clinical Business Occupany (CMM-C) for operations and maintenance of Air Force Medical Treatment Facilities across the U.S. and internationally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Schedule PMs, CMs and the parts and materials needed to execute the work within the required completion dates.
Coordinate with FM/COR to insure the work is completed without interfering with medical operations.
Coordinate and communicate with the FM/COR to facilitate the equal understanding of the customer satisfaction rating on the monthly report.
Resolve the FM/COR documents or customer complaint issue by reporting to the Project Manager.
Ensure all work is completed within the terms of the contracts.
Must request in writing from the contracting officer any additional time needed to complete work after the approved scheduled completion date. A copy of any extension request must be provided to the COR, SRM PM and Contractor Project Manager.

Job Requirements :
Preferred:
Two (2) or more years of experience in a business occupancy medical facility operations and maintenance
Five (5) years servicing and/or renovating commercial buildings
Supervision of a diversified work force responsible for operations, maintenance and repair of commercial building infrastructure systems.
Familiar with the various codes and standards applicable to the O&M tasks covered by the performance work statement, NFPA, EPA, and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) codes and standards and AAAHC and TJC for clinics accreditations.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Desired:
Current Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM) certificate.
Current HVAC licenses, certification, completed an accredited HVAC trade school, or has documented HVAC work experience.

This position requires driving and working out of doors in extreme heat/ cold and possibly rainy weather and be able to work shifts if needed. Physical stamina and strength in all of its forms (endurance, temperature/ climate, stress, etc) is necessary
