We are currently recruiting for an experienced technology professional who will lead and direct the overall eCommerce Products and Services offering for Dydacomp.
Reporting to the Senior VP of Product Engineering, the candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the eCommerce department including the conception, development, delivery and service of the offerings. The position will include frequent interactions with customers as well as partners. This position requires a technical web development background capable of solving business problems via a deep understanding of technology capabilities.
At Dydacomp, the Director of eCommerce Products and Services is both a strategic as well as tactical position, working with the leadership of the product team within the organization to deliver innovative and world-class quality solutions.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall P&L of the eCommerce products and services.
Identify areas for improvements in existing products and features via feedback from internal and external stakeholders including customers, sales, service, marketing, etc.
Build and maintain a world-class level of service and customer reputation environment.
Work in an agile environment along with the R&D team to deliver product updates containing the highest business values.
Lead the professional services team that delivers project work for customers.
Ensure the technical operations meet or exceed the requirements for performance, stability and security.
Provide leadership, coaching, training, staff development, and performance management.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with 2-3 years running eCommerce on the merchant side.
Ideal candidate should have a web development background and be Internet technology savvy; HTML, CSS, JS, SQL, ASP, AJAX, mobile, social networks.
Extremely knowledgeable in eCommerce technology and merchant operations.
Working experience in a commercial software development environment and SaaS release cycles.
3 years in leadership roles.
Effective communicator with executives, marketing/sales, engineers and customers.
Excellent writing, editing, communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
High energy with strong team building skills
