Sr. Business Analyst with Business Rules engine expertise

Sr. Business Analyst to work on a 12-18 month contract project for two large, stable clients, one in Los Angeles and one in the Orange County area. Local candidates only as this will require in person interviews!
This is a long term contract position, so we are looking for candidates with a stable job history and a full life cycle projects track record.
These are senior level BSA positions
Required skills include:
8 years of experience in development and enhancements of
financial services applications and business rules engine experience
(client is using BLAZE but any rules engine is fine).
8 yeas of IT experience, working in major corporate environments on enterprise, website or web based projects.
Full life cycle of the software design process.
Analysis experience should include JAD/RAD, functional requirements documentation, UAT, business process analysis, GAP analysis
Outstanding communications skills. Extensive interaction directly with business end users
College degree and/or BSA certification preferred.
