Business Development & Marketing Coordinator
The candidate will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing marketing support to assigned practice groups and Business Development & Marketing Managers on a variety of interactive projects. This position will work with other talented individuals who share a passion for doing great work in the best interest of our clients. Duties : Collaborate with a variety of teams to implement and execute marketing and business development initiatives. Coordinate logistics, benefits and usage of sponsorship and events. Develop and support branding and visibility initiatives, including written collateral, experience lists and blog posts. Work with the proposal team as needed to assist with client-focused proposal content. Assist lawyers in identifying appropriate proposal materials and developing effective presentations. Conduct market research and gather information on potential clients and industry trends for use in work with practice groups, industry teams, proposals or events. Serve as back-up for absent team members. Assist in special projects, duties and other firm initiatives as needed. Should have strong commitment to client service. Must have 1+ year of experience in a professional services industry required, preferably in a business development, marketing, public relations or communications capacity. Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a focus on marketing, communications or business. Must have proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and experience with database software.Law firm or legal experience preferred.
