Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated, dependable Associate Attorney to join our growing practice. This role is ideal for an attorney who is committed to strong client advocacy, thrives in a supportive team setting, and is looking for stability and long-term advancement. Candidates with experience in family law or estate planning are preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and assist with cases involving divorce, custody, support, adoption, and other family law matters

•Draft wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents

•Conduct client consultations and maintain ongoing communication with clients

•Prepare legal pleadings, motions, settlement offers, and discovery

•Attend hearings, mediations, and court proceedings as needed

•Work collaboratively with senior attorneys and staff to support case strategy

•Maintain organized case files and ensure timely completion of required tasks

•Uphold legal ethics, confidentiality, and firm standards of professionalism

 

Qualifications

•Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of Texas (required)

•1+ years of experience in family law and/or estate planning (preferred; not required for the right candidate)

•Strong legal writing and analytical skills

•Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities

•Reliable, organized, and able to manage a caseload with support

•Client-focused mindset with professionalism and empathy

•Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Fluent in Spanish
