The candidate wwill assist with all aspects of case management and perform a variety of duties including legal research, file review and case management, discovery, and deposition/trial preparation. Prepare documents and correspondence with accuracy, and interact with experts with a heavy emphasis on requesting and summarizing medical records. Should preferably have a High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of paralegal experience. Strong organizational, time management, communication and writing skills.
