A law firm seeks a highly motivated senior associate or senior counsel to join its Class Action group within the Employment, Labor, Benefits, and Immigration practice in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in complex litigation and a passion for handling innovative class action cases.

Duties

• Defend class action lawsuits involving employment discrimination, workplace privacy, and wage and hour claims.
• Engage in litigation related to EEOC/DOL, statutory or common law privacy, products liability, or consumer fraud.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents.
• Collaborate with a team of skilled employment law professionals and class action litigators.

Requirements

• 7+ years of substantive experience in complex litigation.
• Superior academic credentials and strong research and writing skills.
• Bar admission in Texas is required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Texas State Bar.
