CCCi has an immediate need for a Sr. Web/Mobile Programmer Analyst in the Smyrna, GA. area. Join a stable leading growing specialty retail company. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing all phases of development for Store Systems (Store Mobility, POS and Back-office). The Sr. Web/Mobile Programmer Analyst will work collaboratively in a diverse technical environment with Infrastructure, QA, Support and Store Operations.
Sr. Web/Mobile Programmer Analyst Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full software development lifecycle of a project including design, development, unit
testing, system testing and change management
- Ability to analyze existing PC and Web based solutions and understand how to transition them into
modern mobile and web technologies
- Build efficient SQL and data access methods
- Work with end users to refine business requirements for new projects as well as supporting existing
processes
- Integrate new products and solutions into existing environment for continuous improvement.
- Work concurrently on multiple projects across different business units
Sr. Web/Mobile Programmer Analyst Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Equivalent Sr. Web/Mobile
- 1 - 5 years of web or mobile related experience required
- Experience with JavaScript / CSS3 / HTML5 / JSON
- Experience working on SPA?s (single page web applications)
- Experience with JavaScript MVC pattern and frameworks, JQuery and Node.js a plus
- Familiarity with mobile UI and UX design patterns
- Knowledge of implementing Restful Web Services
- Knowledge of mobile architectures and development constraints inherent in Mobile and Web
technologies
- Understanding of the pros and cons of various web and mobile development frameworks (e.g.
JQMobile, Sencha, PhoneGap )
- Mobile application performance tuning and optimization experience
- Understanding of modern source control tools such as: GIT and SVN
Sr. Web/Mobile Programmer Analyst Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
- Enterprise Java Development Skills - Eclipse, J2EE, Swing, JDK 1.6
- Experience deploying wrapped PhoneGap HTML5 apps to both IOS and Android devices
- Native Android SDK development experience
- Objective C / iOS development experience
- Experience with Linux/Unix server admin
- Understanding of wireless networking technologies and troubleshooting
- Test Planning and Test Script Review (e.g. how does QA team really test these types of solutions)
- Experience with mobile device management software (e.g. Athena, Air Watch, iAnywhere)
- Familiarity with the multi-site staged deployments to a larger number of mobile devices
- Knowledge of network level debugging tools such as Fiddler, Wireshark, Nmap
- Retail experience with JDA Store and MMS a big plus
