Duties

• Evaluate claims thoroughly and prepare cases for trial, including trying cases when necessary.



• Collaborate with team members to achieve favorable outcomes and maximize client compensation.

Requirements

• Full-time Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.



• 3 to 5 years of experience in Personal Injury litigation.



• Active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.



• Ability to work independently in an office environment while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Georgia.

Skills

• Superb negotiation skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.



• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.



• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus.



• Strong ability to evaluate claims and manage case logistics.
