Duties

• Draft and administer estate plans and trusts.
• Advise clients on estate and gift tax matters.
• Engage in business succession planning.
• Collaborate with support staff and integrate with the firm's culture.

Requirements

• Minimum of four years of relevant experience.
• Proven expertise in estate planning and administration.
• Experience with ILITS, IDGTs, SNTs, and Grantor Trusts.
• Strong ties to Long Island preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
