Duties

• Draft and review documents for immigration applications, focusing on H1, L1, and O1 visas.
• Develop and implement a global in-house immigration strategy.
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws, including oversight of I-9 processes.
• Manage Immigration Specialist and guide the PERM process.
• Develop strategic relationships with external counsel globally.
• Interpret regulatory changes and advise on legal risks.
• Collaborate with senior executives to develop legal policies and procedures.
• Lead complex legal research initiatives.
• Manage selection and oversight of outside counsel for specialized matters.
• Formulate legal strategies addressing unique business challenges.
• Exercise discretion and judgment in sensitive legal cases.
• Contribute to strategic planning with legal expertise.

Requirements

• Experience in providing legal counsel on immigration issues.
• Proven ability to manage complex legal research and external counsel.
• Strong understanding of immigration laws and regulatory compliance.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
