Duties

• Take and defend depositions while actively participating in various court proceedings and hearings.
• Maintain strong relationships with the firm's existing client base and identify opportunities to expand practice areas.
• Engage in trial and appellate work, leveraging an entrepreneurial spirit to pursue new legal opportunities.

Requirements

• Hold a valid license to practice law with 2-6 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Demonstrate overall case management experience in complex, contested matters.
• Exhibit excellent academic credentials and immaculate presentation skills in all professional interactions.
• Display an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to maintain strong client relationships.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
