Duties

• Manage global brand protection and trademark portfolios.

• Engage in TTAB actions, foreign oppositions, and UDRP disputes.
• Participate in federal litigation related to trademarks.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of trademark experience.
• Admitted to practice law in the state of residence.
• Strong research, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced and complex workload.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Professional commitment and interpersonal skills for client interaction.

Education

• J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited law school.
