Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Fund Finance Associate to join its Finance and Banking Practice Group in Providence, RI. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in fund finance and related structured finance transactions.

Duties

• Represent lenders or borrowers in fund-level financing arrangements.
• Draft and negotiate financing agreements and related transaction documents.
• Manage multiple matters and competing deadlines effectively.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in fund finance.
• Experience with subscription/capital call credit facilities, management company or general partner facilities, and NAV facilities.
• Familiarity with cross-border transactions and secured financings is a plus.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Admitted to practice and in good standing in the jurisdiction of practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
