Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate (4+ years) to join its Nashville office. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to handle complex litigation matters.

About the Role

The Associate will manage litigation matters across a variety of practice areas. This role offers significant responsibility, client contact, and professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters from inception through resolution


• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests


• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda


• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in litigation


• Strong writing, research, and advocacy skills


• Licensed to practice in Tennessee
