Duties

• Review deposition transcripts to identify key testimony and discrepancies.
• Cross-reference transcripts with case files and medical records.
• Update case files with new information from depositions.
• Conduct post-deposition discussions with clients.
• Communicate case strategy and next steps clearly to clients.
• Maintain a high-volume review queue efficiently.
• Track and enter billable time accurately.
• Escalate cases to trial attorneys when necessary.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar, in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of California workers' compensation law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Accurate and timely billing habits.

Education

Certifications

• Active member of the California State Bar.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of deposition procedures.
