Duties

• Take and defend depositions.

• Develop case strategy alongside partners, including discovery planning and records analysis.
• Conduct client interviews and witness preparation.
• Work directly with trial lawyers to prepare cases for trial.
• Handle research and briefing in complex litigation.

Requirements

• California bar license.
• 0-6 years of litigation experience.
• Client-focused and collaborative approach.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate with brevity and influence decisions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active California bar membership.
