This role supports the firm's innovation efforts to enhance legal service delivery through people, process, and technology. The position involves collaboration across offices and departments, reporting to the Managing Director of Practice Innovation.

Duties

• Lead projects to optimize client service delivery and increase efficiencies.
• Coordinate and implement technology integration, including generative AI.
• Design AI-powered workflow agents to streamline practice operations.
• Advance the TCG deal data dashboard as a strategic tool.
• Create and automate knowledge and precedent libraries.
• Educate legal professionals on client-facing solutions and firm resources.
• Develop and maintain case studies for marketing and business development.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in a large law firm.
• Experience with private offerings, venture capital, and transactions for emerging companies.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve practical problems and manage workflows.
• Familiarity with legal technology and AI opportunities.
• Experience designing AI-powered workflows or agents.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Availability to travel as necessary.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited university or college.

Certifications

• Admission to practice in good standing in a US jurisdiction.
