Immigration Paralegal Part-Time
The candidate should have experience with preparing family-based immigration applications (forms I-130, I-485, I-601A, I-601 etc . . .), asylum (I-589) and EOIR applications (such as forms EOIR-42B/42A). Candidate will also have experience assisting clients with preparing declarations for waiver applications, asylum and U-visa filings. Fluency in Spanish is required for purposes of written and oral translation. 8 year of experience preferred.
