Duties: Ensuring office is opened and closed daily as per established schedules. Managing daily staffing to ensure optimal operation of the practice. Overseeing vendor relations. Personnel and human resources management. Recruiting, screening, testing, hiring, training, disciplining, evaluating and retaining or discharging all administrative personnel. Creating and implementing employee relations policies. Communicating with employees about compensation, benefits and other facets of their employment. Approve and schedule PTO, sick leave and overtime. Oversee employee payroll payments. Responding to questions or complaints from employees. Maintaining confidential employee files for all firm employees. Overseeing and advising on financial operations and strategy of the firm. Proposing action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained. Establishing and monitoring budgets in accordance with firm requirements. Overseeing 401k and defined benefit plans for the firm. Management of computer and other operating and information systems. Overseeing the firm’s technology and automation systems. Overseeing the firm’s IT vendors. Creating and updating manuals, processes and procedures designed to support the firm’s practices.
