Subject Matter Expert /Data Acquisition and Integration
The candidate will conduct objective legal-analysis of fiduciary risk to the FBI and its critical assets to formulate risk assessments and develop requirements. Will perform in-depth legal, analytical and critical thinking from a program management and enterprise-wide perspective. Perform quality control and requirements analysis for processes, products and datasets acquired and ingested. Write clear, concise and timely program management and legally defensible products that identify, analyze and collate disparate pieces of information, contributing to the overall mission and objectives of the program. Demonstrated capability producing high-quality written products for executive-level decision making. Experience working high-level program management aspects of FBI information technology projects and datasets. Assist in the formulation and development of business strategies, program requirements, administrative and organizational policies and procedures, Provide subject matter expertise through clearly written, concise and legally defendable positions in the interpretation and analysis of technical/legal documentation related to data/datasets and information technology for ingestion into the program holdings. Prepare, produce, and disseminate scheduled and unscheduled products, such as: briefings, studies, estimates, assessments and policy comments/impacts. Represent program activities in working groups (both internal and external) and committees as substantive authority in subject area and the sharing of information. Perform long-range planning in support of existing and projected organizational mission requirements with legal considerations; and Perform assessments as to overall resource capability to answer existing/projected requirements, and identify and prioritize resource shortfalls and critical datasets.
