Job Overview
A law firm seeks a versatile attorney with proven transactional experience in Fort Worth, TX. The successful candidate will lead transactional matters, provide comprehensive legal support, and advise clients on transaction disputes in pre-litigation.

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, conveyance documents, and leases.
• Perform legal due diligence for real estate acquisitions and development projects.
• Advise clients on regulatory compliance, legal disputes, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active member of the State Bar of Texas in good standing.
• 5+ years of transactional experience in real estate, construction, and/or business law; 10 years preferred.
• Strong legal research, writing, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and complex transaction drafting skills.

Education

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.)
