Requirements

• Licensed or willing to get licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. within 6 months.
• 0-5 years of experience in personal injury law as an attorney.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. (or ability to obtain within 6 months).

Skills

• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
