Duties

• Manage family law cases including litigation, collaborative law, and mediation proceedings.



• Represent clients in Guardian ad Litem and Parenting Coordinator matters.



• Handle case loads primarily within Cook County, with additional responsibilities in Will, DuPage, and Lake counties.



• Collaborate with partners and associates to ensure high-quality legal representation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in family law practice.



• Proven track record in handling complex family law disputes and alternative dispute resolution.



• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.



• Experience with cases in Cook, Will, DuPage, and Lake counties is preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in the State of Illinois.

Skills
