First, I do not think that Wordpress is powerful enough to execute the functionality of the website. You may look at both attached templates (Wordpress and Laravela) to see which you prefer to customize. If you dont wish to use the templates, you can build the website from scratch. Please do not ask me for code. I dont have any code to give you. I can only give you files to assist you in understanding the designs of the website.
Youre creating a website that allows people with car problems to upload their repair needs with photos and a video, so that mechanics can bid on them. The bidding process is much like Freelancers. Although we dont use milestones or collect money from customers to give to mechanics. Were only an ad platform. We convert cash into credits/wrenches, and charge $5 /5 wrenches to Post a Repair and $1/1 wrench to bid. After a customer accepts a bid, they will need to contact the mechanic directly. Our job is done. Remember we only have 3 types of users: Customers, Mechanics, and Admin. The templates will need to be customized to reflect the websites mechanic centric utility.
Big Idea: Mobile view on Figma should be made big. Use the current [login to view URL] as an example.
Most of my customers will access the website via mobile. Make the website RESPONSIVE.
Use user experience logic. I have removed some features like View Mechanics and search bar

1. Homepage (see Figma)
a. See current PDX Mechanics website pdxmechanics.com. You don’t have to create the View
Mechanics functionality.
2. Post a Repair (see Figma)
a. Video upload is 60 seconds maximum upload to our server. No URL Youtube link.
b. We must host the photos and videos of car repairs on our server.
c. We can delete ads after 30 days.
3. Bid on Repairs (see Figma)
a. Most important, they should be able to see messages/notes that accompany the bid.
b. Bids are just any cash number

You dont have to keep the View Mechanics section if you build custom code (You can use Figma guide). If you use the templates you can use all of the features like View Mechanics, Browse Jobs, etc. but youll need to change log in features and
The questions of what I want isnt relevant in terms of custom code or template. The question is how fast and easy it for you to code. Pick the cheaper option.
