A law firm seeks an experienced Energy and Infrastructure Counsel for their Menlo Park, CA office. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in renewable energy, energy storage, conventional energy, and nuclear energy-related transactions, focusing on engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts for large-scale projects both domestically and internationally.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate EPC, procurement, and O&M contracts.
• Manage construction-related agreements for energy projects.
• Collaborate with a global team on infrastructure transactions.

Requirements

• 9+ years of transactional experience in EPC law.
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
• Membership in the state bar where the candidate will be located.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar membership in good standing.
