Research Associate-Child Advocacy Legal Clinic
The candidate will provide immigration representation to children in northern New Jersey who are involved with the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency. This position is grant funded and contingent upon continued funding. Should have JD, licensed to practice law in New Jersey or some other State, bilingual (English/Spanish). Should have 2-4 years of experience in family and/or immigration law and excellent oral and written communication skills. Should have basic computer and word processing skills.
