Duties

• Provide legal counsel on public finance and local government matters.
• Draft and review contracts and public records.
• Collaborate with governing boards and legal teams.
• Manage multiple legal matters efficiently.
• Travel as required for client engagements.

Requirements

• Admitted to the Florida Bar in good standing or eligible for admission within one year.
• 3-6 years of experience in transactional, governmental, or public finance law preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Florida Bar admission or eligibility within one year.
