We do not want you to have a sales personality. Simply act confidently like a customer service agent and answer the questions the clients have and build a report with them.
We will be able to track which clients you talked to through the phone system and pay commissions accordingly.
There is a lot of training and information available so you can feel confident on your calls.
We would also love to talk to call center agent managers about this opportunity.
A list of voice samples would be great.
